أقيم أسبوع هاينان في جناح الصين في إكسبو 2020 دبي تحت عنوان “تقاسم الفرص الجديدة في هاينان ، وخلق مستقبل أفضل” ، بنجاح في الفترة من 22 ديسمبر إلى 24 ديسمبر 2021 بطريقة متكاملة حضوريا وبث مباشر حول العالم استضافته الحكومة الشعبية لمقاطعة هاينان، التي يقع مقرها الرئيسي في هايكو.
وهدف الحدث إلى الترويج المكثف وتقديم إنجازات بناء ميناء هاينان للتجارة الحرة، والبناء الاقتصادي والتنمية ، والتبادلات الأجنبية من خلال إكسبو ، وتسليط الضوء على خصائص وسحر هاينان وتعزيز سمعة هاينان.
مع المحتوى الغني والموضوعات البارزة والنتائج المثمرة ، أقيم في أسبوع هاينان سلسلة من الأنشطة مثل حفل الافتتاح وندوة التجارة الحرة الدولية بورد كلاود ومنتدى مركز هاينان الدولي للسياحة و “يوم هايكو” و “يوم سانيا” وغيره.
وتم بث الحدث على الهواء مباشرة على مستوى العالم على محطة راديو وتلفزيون هاينان على الإنترنت ، ومحطة هاينان السمعية والبصرية ، وقناة هاينان الإذاعية وي تشات فيديو، وفيسبوك ، وتويتر ، ويوتيوب ، ومنصات أخرى. وبلغ إجمالي عدد المشاهدين في الداخل والخارج أكثر من مليون شخص ، مما يدل ازدياد الأهمية بشكل كامل بصورة هاينان الجديدة للعالم.
وحضر حفل الافتتاح ني تشيانغ ، نائب حاكم الحكومة الشعبية لمقاطعة هاينان ومدير المكتب التنفيذي للجنة عمل ميناء هاينان للتجارة الحرة للحزب الشيوعي الصيني ، وعلي عبيد الظاهري ، سفير دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة لدى الصين.
وألقى جمعة محمد الكيت ، الوكيل المساعد لشؤون التجارة الخارجية بوزارة الاقتصاد الإماراتية ونائب رئيس المجلس الصيني لتعزيز التجارة الدولية، الكلمات بمناسبة حفل الافتتاح عبر مقاطع فيديو. وقد عقدها لي تشيجي، رئيس المجلس الفرعي الصيني لتعزيز التجارة الدولية في هاينان.
وقال نائب حاكم مقاطعة هاينان الشعبية ني تشيانغ ، إن موضوع أسبوع هاينان للجناح الصيني يتوافق مع موضوع إكسبو 2020 دبي. حيث يتم عرض الإنجازات الجديدة لميناء هاينان للتجارة الحرة بشكل كامل من خلال العديد من الأحداث التي تتخذ أشكالًا مثل عروض الفيديو والعروض الثقافية ، فضلاً عن المنتديات والمحادثات. ونأمل أن تغتنم جميع الأطراف هذه الفرصة لتعزيز التبادلات والتعاون. نرحب ترحيبا حارا بالمستثمرين والمواهب من دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة وجميع أنحاء العالم للاستثمار وبدء الأعمال التجارية في هاينان ، ومشاركة الفرص الجديدة في بناء ميناء هاينان للتجارة الحرة ، والاستمتاع بالإنجازات العظيمة للإصلاح والانفتاح الصيني في العصر الجديد.
من جهته قال علي عبيد الظاهري ، سفير دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة لدى الصين، إن الإمارات والصين أقامتا شراكة استراتيجية شاملة. وتعتبر التبادلات الشعبية والثقافية والتعاون الاقتصادي والتجاري في صميم التبادلات بين البلدين. وسيوفر المعرض فرصًا تجارية ليس فقط لدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة ، ولكن أيضًا للشركات الصينية في جميع أنحاء الامارات.
في الوقت نفسه ، قام المشاركون بجولة في الجناح وشاهدوا الفيديو الإرشادي للجناح الصيني والفيديو الترويجي Hainan FTP معًا ، مستمتعين بسحر المعرض العالمي ونمو هانيان الهائل.
بعد حفل الافتتاح عقد مؤتمر تعزيز ميناء التجارة الحرة في هاينان حضره كل من: لي يوفي، نائب مدير لجنة مقاطعة هاينان للحزب الشيوعي الصيني (مكتب لجنة عمل ميناء التجارة الحرة) ، وممثلو: هاينان إف تي بي سانيا ياتشو باي مدينة العلوم والتكنولوجيا ، يانغبو الاقتصادية منطقة التطوير ، والمنطقة التجريبية للسياحة العلاجية الدولية في بواو ليتشنغ ، وإدارة مدينة الفضاء الدولية ونتشانغ ، ومجمع هاينان للبرامج البيئية، حيث قدموا سياسات تعزز الاستثمار في المنطقة الصناعية.
وهدف المؤتمر لدعوة خبراء من هونج كونج وسنغافورة ودبي وموانئ التجارة الحرة المتقدمة الأخرى لمشاركة الأساليب الحديثة مع خبراء هاينان لبناء درجة أعلى من الانفتاح في ميناء هاينان للتجارة الحرة.
ووقعت اتفاقية تعاون في منتدى مركز هاينان الدولي للسياحة للاستفادة من هذه الفرصة، حيث روجت هاينان لمشروعين رئيسيين ، الأول ” معرض البوتيك العالمي للمستهلكين” والثاني “معرض السلع الاستهلاكية الدولي الصيني” للعالم.
Hainan Week of China Pavilion in Expo 2020 Dubai Successfully concludes
Themed”Sharing New Opportunities in Hainan, Creating a Better Future”, Hainan Week of China Pavilion in Expo 2020 Dubai was successful held from Dec. 22nd to Dec. 24th, 2021 in a way of integrating “Global Live + Offline” .The event was hosted by the People’s Government of Hainan Province, whose main venue was located in Haikou. It was aimed to Intensively promote and introduce to the world the Hainan Free Trade Port’s construction achievements , economic construction and development, participation in the “Belt and Road” construction and foreign exchanges through the Exop, and to highlight the characteristics and charm of Hainan and enhance Hainan’s reputation.
With rich content, outstanding themes, and fruitful results, the Hainan Week was held series activities such as the opening ceremony, International Free Trade Pord Cloud Seminar, Hainan Int”ernational Tourism Comsumption Center Forum, “Haikou Day” and “Sanya Day”etc. The event was broadcast live globally on Hainan Internet Radio and TV Station, Audiovisual Hainan, Hainan Broadcasting Station WeChat Video Channel, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and other platforms. The total number of viewers home and abroad reached more than one million, fully demonstrating the new image of Hainan to the world.
Ni Qiang, Vice governor of the People’s Government of Hainan Province and director of executive office of the CPC Hainan Free Trade Port (FTP) Working Committee, and Ali Obaid Dhaheri, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Ambassador to China attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches. Juma Mohammed Al Kait, assistant undersecretary for foreign trade affairs in the UAE Ministry of Economy and Vice Chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) delivered speeches for the opening ceremony via videos. And it was held by Li Zhijie who is the chairman of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Hainan Sub-council (CCPIT Hainan Sub-council).
Vice governor of the People’s Government of Hainan Province and director of executive office of the CPC Hainan FTP Working Committee, Ni Qiang, said that the theme of the Hainan Week of the China Pavilion echoes with Expo 2020 Dubai’s theme. New achievements of the Hainan Free Trade Port will be fully demonstrated through several events taking in forms such as video displays, cultural performances, as well as forums and talks. We hope that all parties can seize the opportunity to strengthen exchanges and cooperation. We sincerely welcome investors and talents from the UAE and all over the world to invest and start businesses in Hainan, share new opportunities in the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port, and enjoy the great achievements of China’s reform and opening up in the new era.
Ali Obaid Dhaheri, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Ambassador to China, said that the UAE and China have established a comprehensive strategic partnership. People-to-people and cultural exchanges and economic and trade cooperation are at the core of exchanges between the two countries. The Expo will bring business opportunities not only to the UAE, but also to the Chinese enterprises across the UAE. At the same time, participants “toured the Pavilion virtually” and watched the China Pavilion guiding video and Hainan FTP promotional video together, experiencing the charm of the World Expo and the growth of the Hainan FTP via the cloud.
At the Hainan Free Trade Port Promotion Conference held after the opening ceremony, Li Yufei, deputy director of the CPC Hainan Provincial Committee (Free Trade Port Working Committee Office), and the representatives from Hainan FTP Sanya Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City, Yangpu Economic Development Zone, Boao Lecheng International Medical Tourism Pilot Zone, Wenchang International Space City Administration, and Hainan Ecological Software Park respectively spoke on the spot, introducing policies and promoting investment in the industrial park.
Here we wanted to introduce the fruitful results of the activities. International Free Trade Port Cloud Forum—the online seminar, invited experts from Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai and other advanced free trade ports to share methods with Hainan experts to build a higher degree of openness in Hainan Free Trade Port. After the forum, we will delivered a good report with experts’ suggestion to relevant department.

Taking advantage of this opportunity, Hainan promoted two key projects, the “Global Consumer Boutique Expo Park” and the “China International Consumer Goods Expo” to the world.
