In celebration of Chile’s most important festival Fiestas Patrias, Trader Vic’s JBR, the vibrant venue housed at Hilton Dubai Jumeirah has curated a special feast
to mark the National Day of Chile on Thursday 17th September, with a feast for all the senses!
Guests are invited to explore Chilean food and celebrate with sumptuous dining at the resort’s famed restaurant. Dishes such as the famous Chilean empanadas (AED 50), Grilled chorizo with bread and Chilean salsa (AED 40) and Pastel de Choclo, Chilean corn pie with minced beef (AED 50) can be indulged in. To finish on a sweet note, patrons can enjoy Torta Mil Hojas, traditional puff pastry with walnuts and baked lemon pie meringue, both priced at AED 25.
Chilean guest artist, Sergio Catalán will be bringing the Dieciocho’s mood to Trader Vic’s JBR with a live music performance to add some sizzle to the evening.
This event promises to be one to remember for all who come to celebrate Chile and savour the flavours of the vibrant nation while the venue is also promising to treat all Chilean nationals to the 25 % discount on the entire menu.
