restaurant housed at Hilton Dubai The Walk has brought back its delectable vegan curries. Head Chef at Mango Tree, Atip Intarakased from Thailand, has used his creative cooking techniques to transform popular Thai dishes into indulgent vegan alternatives.
Chef Atip has taken inspiration from his Thai cultural influences to create well-balanced and flavourful curries catering to the palates of a vegan enthusiast.
Guests can expect Thai vegan comfort curries such as Red Curry Vegetables (AED 39) with coconut paste base and mushrooms, infused with kaffir lime leaves and Pumpkin Green Curry (AED 55) infused with bamboo shoots, chilli and basil. Delight in Mango Tree Thai Bistro’s signature dishes – Green Curry Vegetables (AED 55) a fragrant, spicy, and creamy vegan Thai green curry. Fresh and full of color, Thai Style salads on the vegan menu includes Grilled Pumpkin Salad (AED 45) and Vegetarian Som Tum (AED 49) with finely shredded raw papaya, yard long beans and tomatoes topped with crushed toasted peanuts.
