Trader Vic’s at the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah is now open and ready to welcome guests. Located in the heart of JBR, the home of the original Mai Tai promises a great dining experience with Polynesian cuisine and Tiki cocktails. Starting from 26th June, Cheeky Tiki Brunch will be open every Friday from 12:30pm to 4:00pm, priced at AED 375 per person.
This a la carte brunch experience allows patrons to indulge in a tropical
atmosphere with its signature drinks such as Mai Tai and Tiki Puka Puka and
an array of mouth-watering dishes brought to the table.
For starters guests can indulge in an assorted Sushi Platter, the famous Cheese
ball, Crab Rangoon and the Tama Tama Skewer. For the main dish patrons can
choose between the Kung Pao Chicken, Vegetarian Stir Fry Noodles, Masaman
Beef Curry, or have it all together!
To finish on a sweet note, brunch-goers are offered a sweet platter including
Passion Fruit Cheese Cake, Chocolate Espresso Éclair, Lemon Grass Cream
Brule and Coconut Mango Sago Pudding. Diners can opt to sit inside or outside
at the airy terrace and enjoy the breath-taking views of the Ain Dubai and
Arabian Gulf.
Surrounded by Polynesian artefacts, a dining experience at Trader Vic’s JBR is
quite unique, from Taiwanese Orchid Island canoes hanging from the ceiling,
tribal masks from Papua New Guinea on the walls, and hand-crafted Tiki
statues – that together create a fascinating backdrop.
