Its unique charm captured the interest of locals, tourists, and even royalty, culminating in an acquisition by an Abu Dhabi royal and a global expansion that now includes over 15 locations, London among them.
Ever the innovator, Murat co-founded Amaya Dubai in 2022—a futuristic, AI-powered destination nestled in Dubai Mall. Celebrated for its exceptional premium shisha, dynamic ambiance, and Joseph Klibansky’s captivating “The Bear,” Amaya has swiftly become the venue of choice for celebrities, influencers, and urban trendsetters. By integrating AI-driven guest experiences and forward-thinking design, Amaya offers not just a meal, but a peek into the future of luxury dining.
With a robust team of 90 professionals and plans for expansion into Erbil and across the GCC, along with two innovative restaurant concepts planned for 2025, Amaya is poised to keep pushing boundaries.
Murat shares his philosophy: “I don’t believe in shortcuts. It’s about staying true to the vision, building a strong team, and never stopping.” Growing up in a family of restaurateurs and inspired by visionaries like Steve Jobs and Elon Musk, while cherishing the guidance of his mother, Murat also values the balance sports bring to his life. “Sports give me balance—it’s my reset button,” he remarks. His most crucial lesson? “You’re only as strong as your team. Without loyalty and structure, success will always collapse.”
