Tickbox, the Dubai-based boutique PR and strategic communications agency founded by Vinita Hirani in 2015, has announced RSVP DXB as its proprietary guest curation and events listing platform, transforming a decade of relationship-building into a structured, scalable product for brands and event organisers.

Originally developed as an internal guest-management tool, RSVP DXB has evolved into a dedicated platform built around three core tracks — Media, Influencer and Tastemaker. The platform enables brands and organisers to identify and engage relevant audiences in Dubai through a structured system, while providing data and reporting to demonstrate event reach, attendance and coverage.
Brands and event organisers can register their events directly through the RSVP DXB platform, giving them greater visibility and control over invitations and attendance.
Built in Response to a Changing Industry
RSVP DXB was developed in response to a major shift in the PR and events landscape, when traditional models based heavily on extensive guest lists, personal relationships and individual contact books became increasingly difficult to scale. Tickbox responded by transforming its manual, relationship-driven approach to guest curation into a digital platform designed to operate beyond the network of a single founder.
Over several years, the process of curating guest lists for Dubai’s media and influencer communities was systemised into a platform that could scale as a standalone product. RSVP DXB now represents a key asset within Tickbox’s business and provides a structured approach to connecting brands with targeted audiences.
Precision Over Volume
As marketing environments become more cautious and brands place greater emphasis on measurable outcomes, RSVP DXB is designed around precision rather than volume. Instead of relying solely on large guest lists, the platform focuses on identifying the people most relevant to an event’s objectives — including those who can generate coverage, influence purchasing decisions or become potential customers.
The platform provides brands with more than a guest list: it is designed to offer a clearer picture of who attended an event and what happened afterwards, supported by reporting on reach, attendance and media coverage.
Reaching Dubai’s High-Net-Worth Community
A central component of RSVP DXB is its Tastemaker track, created to provide curated access to Dubai’s high-net-worth individual (HNI) community. According to Tickbox, HNIs represent an important audience for sectors including property, jewellery, art and luxury experiences, yet they are often not captured through conventional media or influencer databases.
The Tastemaker track is intended to help close this access gap by providing brands with a curated route to HNI audiences alongside established media and influencer communities.
What RSVP DXB Offers
Structured guest curation across Media, Influencer and Tastemaker tracks, tailored to each event’s target audience.
A live event-listing platform providing organisers with visibility and control over invitations and attendance.
Curated access to Dubai’s HNI, media and influencer communities.
Client ROI reporting covering reach, attendance and media coverage.
GCC Expansion to Be Followed by India
Tickbox’s expansion strategy for RSVP DXB will begin with the GCC, where the company plans to deepen its network of media, influencers, tastemakers and HNIs across key regional markets. The next phase will extend the platform into India, beginning with Mumbai and Bangalore, followed by Delhi and Chennai.
The rollout is designed to reflect the movement of HNI and luxury consumer activity between the GCC and India’s major metropolitan markets, according to the company.
Commenting on the launch, Vinita Hirani, Founder of Tickbox, said: “RSVP DXB was not a plan. It was survival that became a product. I built Tickbox in 2015, but a crisis forced me to ask what the business actually was, once I stripped away the room full of people. The answer was the judgement behind every guest list I had ever built. RSVP DXB turns that judgement into a system, so a client no longer has to take my word for it that an event worked. They can see it.”
Brands and event organisers can register an event or enquire about market opportunities through the RSVP DXB platform.
